Located in Cowes near to shops, restaurants, 10 min walk to beach and approximatly 10 min drive to penguin parade and 5 min to koala park.

I would love to go on vacation to a tropical island and just relax and have an amazing time. There are a lot of places that you can go and so many to choose from. Awesome Place!! Me and my friends were just looking for showers and ended up staying for a few days! The place is just incredible. In every corner you find another piece of art. And it s just unbelievable how Roger built this all by himself. The owner is really friendly and helps you with anything. We had such a good time with him and his son and his friends. Always when we were there the time just flew by. You feel like being in your own little world. All I can say we will for sure come back and to all the other people: When you are on Phillip Island make sure you do not miss to stay in this amazing place and meet some awesome people!!
